Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients/businesses
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and social platforms
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups
- Maintain lead databases and outreach records
- Support business development and HR operations teams
- Research companies and hiring trends
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or business development
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Students or recent graduates in HR, BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred
