Role Overview
The HR Intern will support the design, coordination, and documentation of corporate learning initiatives. The role offers practical exposure to the Learning & Development function and the consulting ecosystem, with opportunities to contribute to real client engagements and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Content Support
• Assist in the development of training modules, worksheets, and presentation material
• Conduct structured research on leadership, HR practices, and learning methodologies
• Support preparation of training documentation and facilitator resources
Program Coordination
• Assist in coordinating training workshops and learning interventions
• Maintain participant records, feedback data, and training documentation
• Support pre-program and post-program communication with participants and stakeholders
Learning Analytics & Reporting
• Compile and organize participant feedback and evaluation data
• Assist in preparing post-program reports, insights, and summaries
Skills & Qualifications
• MBA / PGDM students specializing in Human Resources
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Interest in Learning & Development, talent development, or HR consulting
Learning Outcomes
• Exposure to corporate training and HR consulting projects
• Experience in learning design, research, and program coordination
• Opportunity to work closely with an experienced industry practitioner
Compensation & Benefits: The internship includes a stipend, travel allowance for official work, and a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the internship.
