Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our hiring process. The candidate will assist in recruiting interns and team members for business development and operations roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, WhatsApp, etc.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with the team
* Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Assist in onboarding selected candidates
* Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements
* Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
* Basic understanding of recruitment/hiring
* Confidence in handling calls and candidate interactions
* Organized and responsible approach to work
* Immediate joiners preferred
