Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This role will primarily focus on recruitment activities for both IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
The intern will also assist with HR operational activities such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and HR data management. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (80%) – IT & Non-IT Hiring
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate interest, availability, and basic fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and company career pages.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and documentation.
• Support campus hiring and recruitment campaigns when required.
HR Operations (20%)
• Assist with new employee onboarding coordination and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers.
• Support HR in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and HR documentation.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and internal HR systems.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Help coordinate with different teams for HR processes and communication.
Requirements
• Recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR or related fields.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
• Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT roles is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
