Job Title: Human Resource Intern

Job Summary
As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and headhunting; posting job openings; screening applications to identify suitable profiles; and coordinating interviews with senior HR staff. You will also manage candidate communication via emails and LinkedIn, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless recruitment experience.
This internship is designed to help students and recent graduates gain real-world marketing experience and build a strong foundation for their careers.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and source candidates: Job boards, social media, headhunting
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and university portals.
• Screen resumes and applications
• Schedule and Conduct interviews with senior HR staff
• Manage communication through emails and LinkedIn with applicants and follow up with the candidates.
