Position: HR Intern – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Are you looking to kick-start your career in Human Resources? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team and gain practical exposure to Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Post job openings on various job boards and recruitment platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
Knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Experience using job boards and job posting platforms.
Familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduate in Human Resources field.
