🔧Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with a proactive attitude
📌Responsibilities :
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Post and manage job listings across various platforms
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
