🔹 HR Intern – Job Brief
As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to real-time HR processes, including:
- Hiring Influencers, Video Editors, and Content Creators (using Canva/AI)
- Coordinating interviews
- Training new joiners
- Posting hiring updates on free platforms
- Managing candidate applications and resumes
- Supporting the recruitment team and building university collaborations
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Post job ads on job boards and social media
- Screen resumes and applications with unbiased evaluation
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic interviews
- Maintain candidate records in internal databases
- Submit daily updates via Google Forms
- Train and support the recruitment team
- Build partnerships with universities for internship collaborations
- Assist with other HR-related tasks
- Dedicate at least 3 hours per day, 6 days a week
