Role: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)
We’re looking for an HR Intern who will primarily work on Talent Acquisition—finding the right candidates, reaching out to them, and managing initial conversations.
This is a full-time, on-site internship in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Reach out to potential candidates and explain the role/company
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines
- Work closely with the founding/team to understand hiring needs
- Assist in improving job descriptions and hiring processes
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone based in Bengaluru (preferred: nearby HSR Layout)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
- Basic understanding of hiring or HR is a plus (not mandatory)
- Organized and proactive—someone who gets things done without constant follow-ups
Internship Details
- Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)
- Duration: 3–6 months (can be extended)
- Stipend: ₹15,000/month
- Joining: Immediate preferred
- Preference: Local candidates
