Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Remote)
Duration: 2–3 Months
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (10 AM – 7 PM)
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR processes in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial resume screening and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Candidate Communication: Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth interview process
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and hiring trackers
- Job Postings: Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
- HR Operations: Support onboarding documentation and basic HR administrative tasks
- Employer Branding: Contribute to improving hiring outreach and engagement strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Organized and detail-oriented Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Personal Traits:
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
