Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources and Finance Intern, located in Gurugram. The intern will assist in managing HR operations, including employee onboarding, organizing trainings, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting personnel management. Additionally, the intern will contribute to financial processes, reporting, and communication within the organization while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, including HR management and HR policies.
- Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to handle HR operations effectively.
- A keen interest in learning and contributing to both HR and finance-related tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Prior internship or educational experience related to HR or finance is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
