Role description
We're looking for a Human Resources Intern to support hiring at Hubb, full-time, on-site in Gurugram. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you'll help us find good people and get them onboarded quickly.
Day to day, you'll:
- Source candidates for open roles across the team
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate records and basic hiring trackers
- Draft and send offer letters
- Support onboarding paperwork for new hires
It's a lean, fast-moving environment, less process, more getting things done.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic hiring tools
- Good communication and follow-through, you'll be reaching out to candidates directly
- Organized and able to manage multiple hiring pipelines at once
- Interest in startups and comfortable in a small, informal team
