Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily activities such as assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding documentation, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration. The intern will help with data entry, HR reporting, and maintaining accurate personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards. This is a full-time remote role, requiring regular collaboration with team members via digital tools and proactive communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR functions and day-to-day operations.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist in policy implementation and benefits coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to help maintain accurate employee records and support workforce-related activities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a remote, digital collaboration environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document editors) and an interest in learning HR software or systems.
