Role Overview:
An HR professional is responsible for managing employee-related functions such as recruitment,
onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement to ensure a productive and
compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the end-to-end hiring process including job postings,
candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale and
retention.
• Performance Management: Support appraisal cycles and employee feedback mechanisms.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate sessions for skill
enhancement.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
• HR Data Analysis: Analyze data related to employee turnover, attendance, and satisfaction
for informed decision-making.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
• HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
Skills & Tools:
• HR software like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Zoho People
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration
