Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team full-time, in our Mumbai office. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations within the real estate sector and support key HR functions, including:
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including calls, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates for various roles.
- Support internal HR communications and coordination across teams.
- Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new employees.
- Ensure effective communication with potential candidates, employees, and external partners.
- Provide support in organizing HR events, meetings, and initiatives.
- Learn HR processes and contribute to the efficient functioning of the HR department.
This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment coordination and HR operations in a dynamic real estate environment.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and recruitment processes
- Good knowledge of candidate coordination and interview scheduling practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR management systems is a plus
- Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment coordination is beneficial, but not required
