Role Description
This is an on-site internship role as a Human Resources Intern located in Bengaluru South. The intern will support the Human Resources team in a variety of functions, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies. Other responsibilities may include facilitating employee engagement initiatives, supporting training programs, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
