Role Description
As a Human Resources Intern at Hamhey, you will assist with various HR processes and strategies to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management tasks. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and an understanding of HR Management practices
- Familiarity with HR Policies and ability to assist in their implementation
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting and manage responsibilities efficiently
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in HR roles is a plus but not required
