Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting in the development of HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and contributing to the overall employee experience. The intern will also participate in recruitment processes, engage in employee management activities, and assist with the execution of HR strategies to support organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in basic office software and HR tools
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
