Role Description This full-time remote Human Resources Intern role supports the HR team in delivering effective people practices for a growing AI education and consulting company. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding processes for new team members. The intern helps with organizing and communicating HR policies, coordinating employee benefits information, and responding to routine HR-related inquiries. Additional tasks may involve scheduling interviews, assisting with personnel management activities, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and general people operations support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in technology or AI-driven organizations and willingness to learn modern HR tools and systems.
