Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities, such as developing and implementing HR policies, organizing employee benefit plans, supporting personnel management processes, and collaborating with management to enhance employee engagement. The intern will gain hands-on experience with HR practices and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic team environment
- Familiarity with HR tools and software is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
