Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern for an exciting on-site internship opportunity at our Mambalam location. As an HR Intern, you will assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, updating employee records, organizing onboarding sessions, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to learn about various HR practices, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to organizational success. This role is ideal for someone ready to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and build a foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle HR administrative tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and candidates
- Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and engagement activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship experience in HR or a similar domain is a plus
