Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Fox AirComm Private Limited, located in Haveli. The HR Intern will assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Responsibilities may also include providing support for HR management and operations, ensuring compliance, and participating in initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience or exposure to Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR management tools is a plus
