Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The intern will support HR management functions, including assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting employee relations, and helping execute daily personnel management tasks. They will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure a productive and seamless work environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience or understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and Employee Relations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or currently pursuing)
