Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at our Pune Division. The intern will assist in HR-related tasks such as developing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting personnel management. The role also includes coordinating employee benefits, assisting in recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with the HR team to foster a positive work environment and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software is a plus
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and learning HR best practices
