Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will be involved in supporting various HR functions such as assisting in the implementation of HR policies, coordinating employee benefits programs, and managing personnel records. Responsibilities include conducting recruitment activities, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and helping maintain compliance with HR management standards. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience and improve internal HR processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team located in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
- Passion for a career in Human Resources with a proactive approach to learning
