1. Manage recruitment for Research & Promotions Interns in line with university/college guidelines.
2. Implement effective engagement strategies to improve intern morale and participation.
3. Collaborate with the executive team to plan and execute weekly and monthly performance goals.
4. Maintain accurate records of intern performance using Google Sheets and internal tracking systems.
5. Organize activities and initiatives to boost motivation and team bonding among interns.
6. Build and maintain a strong professional network within the college community.
