Role Description
This is a unpaid remote role with certification of completion for 3 months as a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support HR functions including the creation and implementation of HR policies, assisting with employee benefit programs, and helping to manage personnel records and databases. Responsibilities also include collaborating on recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, developing employee-oriented initiatives, and learning HR management best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, including HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
- Exposure to or interest in Personnel Management and administrative HR tasks
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in using HR tools and software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field
