We work with governments on strategy, institutional design, and implementation, and we help build ecosystems of partners that can deliver together. By aligning policy, processes, people, financing, and digital systems, we support the state to turn intent into services that work on the ground.
Across India, Africa, and other emerging economies, we help governments move from fragmented, project-led digitisation to durable public infrastructure that belongs to the state and quietly improves public services day after day. About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Support in drafting HR communications, policies, and documentation
- Assist with HR compliance and audit-related tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Prior internship experience in HR or related field
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies
