Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will assist in executing day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The role will involve supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and managing personnel records. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Central Delhi, where the candidate will collaborate closely with the HR team to enhance organizational processes and provide support in employee relations and management tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills related to Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience or understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Competence in Personnel Management and fostering positive employee relations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to process improvements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
