We’re Hiring | HR Intern
Location: Noida Sector - 63 | On-site | Internship

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to our growing team.

What You’ll Do
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional interview experience
• Maintain and update candidate databases and internal HR records
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri or LinkedIn
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
