Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Indore. The intern will assist in various HR tasks, including managing HR policies, supporting HR management processes, assisting with employee benefits administration, and collaborating on personnel management activities. The role requires close collaboration with teams to ensure effective HR operations and adherence to organizational standards. The intern may also support recruitment and onboarding, as well as contribute to the consistent improvement of HR-related workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR Management and development of HR strategies
- Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and related administration processes
- Skills in Personnel Management and team support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
