Role Description
This on-site internship role, based in Nashik Phata, PCMC,Pune, is an opportunity to develop human resources skills within Digital Planet. The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day activities such as assisting in the management of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, providing support in personnel management, and collaborating with the HR team to implement best practices. The intern will also contribute to improving employee engagement and organizational efficiency while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment and onboarding
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with office software and HR management tools is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Interest in the influencer marketing industry is a valuable asset
