Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, drafting HR policies, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities involve facilitating onboarding processes, helping with employee benefits administration, and coordinating personnel management activities. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with opportunities for both in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) processes and functions
- Basic knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools is desirable
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in the entertainment industry is a plus
