About DecisionX
DecisionX is building the operating system for modern decision-making teams. We work closely with strategy, consulting, analytics, and business leadership teams to help them move faster and make better decisions through AI-native workflows.
We are an early-stage startup, which means high ownership, fast execution, and a steep learning curve. If you enjoy building from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and working directly with founders, this role is for you.
Role: HR Intern
Location: Bangalore (preferred) / Hybrid
Duration: 3–6 Months
Start Date: Immediate
What You’ll Work On
This is not a traditional HR internship. You’ll work across both:
- Talent Hiring & Recruiting
- People Operations & Culture Building
You’ll directly work with the founders and help shape the team during the company’s early growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
A) Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Source high-quality candidates across internships and full-time roles
- Write and improve job descriptions
- Manage inbound applications and candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial screening calls and candidate coordination
- Help improve employer branding and candidate communication
- Maintain hiring trackers, interview feedback, and hiring analytics
- Experiment with unconventional sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, campus outreach, etc.)
- Improve candidate experience across the hiring funnel
B) People & Process
- Help build onboarding and employee experience processes
- Create internal HR documentation and SOPs
- Support performance review and feedback systems
- Help organize team rituals, culture initiatives, and engagement activities
- Improve operational workflows across hiring and people management
- Work on HR automation using AI and no-code tools wherever possible
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Who We’re Looking For

- Have prior internship experience in HR, recruiting, operations, or community building
- Have worked in startup environments
- Enjoy process design and systems thinking
- Have experience with LinkedIn sourcing or campus hiring
