About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our growing hiring needs. The role will involve end-to-end recruitment execution across corporate and frontline roles, working closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess role fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback
• Maintain accurate hiring data and trackers
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/ Final year students (any discipline)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication skills
