Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR team in various responsibilities such as creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management functions. Day-to-day tasks include helping with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and supporting HR administrative duties to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Qualifications
- Understanding of core Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
