Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist with various HR operations such as recruitment, employee benefits coordination, and crafting HR policies. Daily responsibilities also include supporting personnel management, organizing employee records, and contributing to team engagement initiatives. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the human resources field while working closely with an experienced HR team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management.
- Familiarity with the creation and implementation of HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs.
- Strong understanding of Personnel Management and employee engagement techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
