Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Intern. The primary responsibilities include assisting with HR management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The incumbent will support the full recruitment cycle and help build an employer brand that reflects our mission to provide financial safety nets for young India.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
- A proactive communicator who can represent our brand with empathy and clarity.
- Strong interest in fin-tech and digital agency growth.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn's professional ecosystem.
