Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns from MBA backgrounds to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Coordinate with candidates and maintain databases- Post jobs on platforms

Conduct initial HR screening calls- Assist in onboarding and documentation

Support employee engagement activities

Handle HR operations tasks-

Maintain HR records and reports Eligibility Criteria

MBA (pursuing or completed)- Strong communication skills

Basic HR knowledge

MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency
