Job Description: 

As an HR Intern at Career Help, you will gain practical exposure to various aspects of human resources. This internship is designed to provide valuable insights into HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee engagement strategies. Additionally, high-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the internship.  


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and initial interviews.  

- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and engage with potential candidates.  


2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement:  

- Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.  

- Assist in conducting employee engagement activities and fostering a positive workplace culture.  


3. HR Operations & Documentation:

- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.  

- Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and other official documentation.  


4. Performance Management & Learning Support: 

- Help track employee performance metrics and provide feedback to management.  

- Support career development initiatives for employees through training sessions.  


5. HR Projects & Strategy Implementation: 

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving internal HR processes.  

- Research and suggest innovative HR strategies to enhance efficiency.  


Qualifications & Skills: 

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.  

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.  


Duration & Compensation: 

- Duration: 3 Months  

- Stipend: Performance-based up to 15,000 rupees

- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Available for high-performing interns
