Job Title: HR Intern
Company: Canvas Cycle
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–6 Months Internship
Role Overview
You support hiring, coordination, and internal HR operations. You help build a strong team and improve hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and communities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
• Schedule interviews with candidates and team members
• Maintain candidate database and hiring tracker
• Assist in onboarding new hires
• Help with internal HR documentation and reports
• Support employer branding initiatives for Canvas Cycle
Required Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Good research and sourcing ability
• Organized and detail oriented
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Google Sheets
Preferred
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations
• Previous internship or campus leadership experience
