About the Role:
The Human Resource Officer – Construction (Intern) will play a key role in contractor
coordination, manpower allocation, and daily reporting for construction sites. The position
demands excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to connect
contractors, project managers (PMs), and site supervisors efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Screen and connect with new and existing contractors to understand manpower
availability. Allocate contractors to different project sites as per requirements. Coordinate directly with Project Managers (PMs) of client companies for manpower
deployment. Maintain DLR (Daily Labour Report) of each contractor and update the database
regularly. Ensure smooth communication between contractors, PMs, and site supervisors for
attendance, work status, and daily reporting. Follow up with contractors for joining updates, worker issues, and replacement needs. Support HR & Operations team in manpower planning and site-level documentation. Maintain records of contractor performance and feedback from site teams. Assist in preparing daily/weekly HR coordination reports for management. Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, Bangla & English). Strong organizational and coordination ability. Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools. Ability to multitask and handle field-level communication effectively. Interest in HR operations, construction workforce management, and contractor relations.
