Role Description
- Full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role in Noida
- Assist in managing HR policies and employee benefits programs
- Support personnel management and daily HR operations
- Organize and maintain employee records and documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR processes
- Help in developing and implementing HR policies
- Gain exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
- Familiarity with HR policies and employee benefits management
- Skills in HR management and personnel management
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in emerging technologies and corporate innovation is a plus
