Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms.
- Maintain employee and recruitment databases.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Required Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources (HR).
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in handling candidate interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
