Are you someone who wants to start a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations?
Brainlicious is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns to join our team!
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
β’ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
β’ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
β’ Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and interns.
β’ Help in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
β’ Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and presentations.
β’ Respond to basic employee queries and support HR operations.
π Requirements
β’ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
β’ Availability for the entire duration of the internship.
β’ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
β’ Interest in building a career in Human Resource Management.
π Skills Required
β’ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Basic organizational and time management skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
β’ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
π Internship Details
Work Mode: Remote (Unpaid)
Duration: 1 month/ 45 days/ 2 Months
Working Hours: 3β4 hours per day
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: Flexible (within working hours)
Work Style: Task-based with defined deadlines
