Role Overview
As an HRBP intern, you will collaborate with business managers and support them in employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates eager to grow in the HR Business Partner domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers in improving employee performance and productivity
- Assist in conducting performance review discussions
- Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring requirements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset

- Confident in interacting with managers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HRBP domain
