📅 Duration: 2–3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹3,000 per month
🕒 Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 07:00 PM
📍 Location: 5th Floor, The Grace Building, Madhumilan Square
📋 Job Responsibilities
✔ Preparing and issuing offer letters and appointment letters
✔ Posting job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other hiring platforms
✔ Screening and shortlisting resumes through company software and job portals
✔ Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups
✔ Collecting, verifying, and maintaining employee documents
✔ Managing employee data and HR records accurately
✔ Sending official HR emails and maintaining communication
✔ Assisting with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
✔ Supporting the HR team across recruitment and HR activities
✅ Eligibility Criteria
• MBA (HR) students or freshers from HR or related fields
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and MS Office
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work from the office during fixed hours
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn
