Job Description:
Batangarh News – a fast-growing, independent digital news platform – is looking for an energetic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Indore.
This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates /postgraduates (completed or pursuing) who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources in a lively media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in talent sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new joiners.
3. Help maintain employee records and documentation.
4. Assist in HR administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
5. Support employee engagement activities and team initiatives.
6. Learn and contribute to various HR functions as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
3. Good organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office.
5. Available for full-time in-office internship.
