About the role
We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern who will be the backbone of our hiring process while also supporting day-to-day business communication. This is a high-ownership role — you will manage everything from sourcing candidates to getting them onboarded, and will also connect with our clients to schedule meetings and appointments. Ideal for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and ready to learn by doing.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including CXO-level rounds
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline — from JD creation to offer rollout
- Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and feedback loops
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for all selected candidates
- Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and documentation
Client Communication & Outreach
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and build initial rapport
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and business meetings
- Maintain call logs and follow-up records diligently
- Represent the company professionally in every interaction
Who we're looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and professional client interaction
- Self-driven, organized, and reliable while working remotely
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Prior experience in HR or sales is a plus freshers are welcome to apply
