Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment and day-to-day HR operations inside a growing creative agency.
This role is execution-heavy. You will be actively involved in hiring, coordination, and supporting internal HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes and shortlisting relevant candidates
- Conducting initial HR screening calls
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and internal team members
- Managing follow-ups and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Assisting with onboarding formalities and documentation
- Supporting basic HR operations and improving small internal processes
What we are looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups without constant reminders
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of HR/recruitment is a plus
Mode: Work From Office | Saket | New Delhi
Monthly Stipend: 10K per month
